Job Description

  • Assisting the Secretaries in serving corporate customers within an assigned Portfolio

Job Requirement

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration/ Post Graduate/ Diploma/Graduate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators/Professional Degree in Business Studies or equivalent (For Assistant)
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualifying working experience in the company secretarial department and with a working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2016 (For Senior)
  • Knowledge of company secretarial duties will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
