Job Description

  • Provide timely management and resolution of all End User’s service request and incident/problem in country
  • Support End Users and manage operations according to given KPI metrics
  • Identify recurring incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop resolution procedure to improve L1 target resolution time
  • Liaise with IT teams to support End Users from all business entities and remote location
  • Manage L2/L3 escalations across IT teams diligently, provide status to End User and track L2/L3 resolution status till ticket closure
  • Engage with low-complexity IT vendors, negotiate pricing, request for quotation, manage and monitor IT vendor performance and delivery schedule
  • Account for the IT assets inventory such as Laptops, Desktop, Devices and IP phones
  • Required Service Desk support after office hours via mobile.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma certification in IT/Computer Science or a related discipline. Professional certificates will be an advantage.
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in IT Service Desk experience in MNC or large organisation
  • Progressive experience in Service Desk, Desktop Computing and Desk-side/Field support
  • Experience in IT vendor management, procurement and IT asset management
  • Experience with Logistics operations is a plus
