Job Overview
- Service Operation Team – The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, investigating and
resolving technical incidents and problems managing incidents to resolution in IT Services
including Networking, Security, Unified communication and Data Center - Service governance – The incumbent will be responsible for improving service operations,
service assurance and increased customer satisfaction
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT related filed.
- Good communication skills – mandatory and prerequisite
- Basic Programming skills in any Java, Java script, python, C,
- Virtualization & Cloud Technologies in Azure/AWS
- Basic Computer Networking knowledge
- Diverse teaming and collaboration
- Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
- Understanding data structures to provide analytical solving
- CCNA certification is an added advantage
- 24/7 shift working for Service Ops team
- Able to speak English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Able to speak Thai / Japanese will be served respective country
- 9 headcounts available
