Job Description

  • Attends to both potential and existing team members by answering product and service questions, as well as providing information on products and services
  • Key in team members orders
  • Attend to team members complaints
  • Prepares daily sales report
  • Solves customers’ problem, which may be complex or long outstanding problems
  • Attend events with customer for product related matters
  • Advises member to send back the damaged and defective product for exchange
  • Key in and records the exchange in the particular member’s account
  • Coordinates and ensure the deliveries for repaired or exchanged items upon completion
  • Handle team members compliance cases


Job Requirement

  • SPM or Diploma (Fresh grade are also encouraged)
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English both spoken and written
  • Excellent communications skills and able to interact at all levels.
  • Good working attitude and willing to learn.
  • Self-motivated, team player, willing to progress and fast learner
  • 1 Full-Time positions available



  • 14 days annual leave

  • Outpatient medical allowance: Up to RM800 per annum
  • Product credit for staff: RM3,000 per annum
