- Pitching medical device to customers over individual phone consultations and understanding the customer’s needs
- Adapting, developing and delivering a persuasive sales pitch in order to convince customers to try and purchase medical device
- Meet with monthly sales targets: remuneration is based on a base salary + high powered incentive per sale
- Professional support of customers from the first point of contact to the final sale – no cold-callings, but content-rich consultations for demanding customers.
- Create the best patient journey for the customer through counseling and instruction.
- Development of individual solutions for customers on the basis of identified needs and expectations jointly with the company partners and customers.
- Any field of study
- Minimum 1 year tele-sales / sales experience background
- Good customer orientation and professionalism in engaging with customer
- Good communication and listening skill
- Possess good command in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
