Job Description
- Manage all administrative tasks and duties concerning the operations
- Manage office and pantry supplies stock
- Organise in-house events such as employee get-togethers
- Assist in managing the appointments for the CEO
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
- Liaise with staff, bank and merchants
- Collate and filing expenses
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for purchase transactions made through the company (Managing and cross-checking payments received and disbursed to ensure accuracy)
- Prepare monthly financial reports as required
- Book meeting rooms as required
Job Requirement
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Good time-management skills
- Proven work experience in administration, accounting and bookkeeping
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial and operational records
- Professional, proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts and payments at various stages of execution
