Job Description

  • Manage all administrative tasks and duties concerning the operations
  • Manage office and pantry supplies stock
  • Organise in-house events such as employee get-togethers
  • Assist in managing the appointments for the CEO
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaise with staff, bank and merchants
  • Collate and filing expenses
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for purchase transactions made through the company (Managing and cross-checking payments received and disbursed to ensure accuracy)
  • Prepare monthly financial reports as required
  • Book meeting rooms as required


Job Requirement

  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Proven work experience in administration, accounting and bookkeeping
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Strong organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial and operational records
  • Professional, proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts and payments at various stages of execution
