Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
to management - Perform data entry
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Serving tea for Director
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of admin experience
- Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification
- Preferable candidate with staying nearer (Old Klang Road/ Taman Desa/ Sri Petaling)
- Able to communicate with English averagely
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
