Job Description
- Assist the General Manager on in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company set targets
- Assist the General Manager on managing the company in all areas such as budget, production, financial and sales.
- Ensure that company resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to achieve company set targets and goals.
- Work with different department directors to improve overall management of the company.
- Analyze financial data and develop financial plans.
- Attend to customers/suppliers/subsidiaries visit and inspection.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the company
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, finance, food science or related field. MBA preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- At least 5 years of management experience in food/raw material/flavours related company preferred.
- Working experience in China or dealing with Chinese market and customers preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Strong communication skill with passion for food flavors, innovative food raw materials.
