Job Description
- Conduct training on various treatment techniques, theoretical and practical to internal and external clients.
- Lead the sales team and beauticians to provide best selling skills, consultation, provide product knowledge and treatment protocol to consumers.
- To ensure refresher courses and upskilling courses for internal and external clients are up to date.
- To drive brand growth to achieve goals.
- To maintain image and housekeeping including grooming, display counter, treatment room, cleanliness.
- To manage service and sales tools in the field.
- To contribute to Region and Training projects, Regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update training programs and materials, action plan on training and coaching.
- To work closely with S&M coordinator on window and interior display, visual merchandising materials.
- To implement the training / seminars / launching / workshops / exhibitions as directed by the brand guidelines and objectives to budget resources optimization.
- To be active on the field to observe client product knowledge & skills and interact with sales team
- To perform any others assigned job duties by the management
Job Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience
-
Preferable with a professional certificate in Beauty & Spa (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC)

Excellent organization, administrative, and problems-solving skills

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Fluent in bilingual liaise with client

Experienced conducting training for beauty industries

Must be quality-oriented team player

Good communications skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external clients

Travelling within Malaysia

Prepare to go oversea training
