Job Description

  • To ensure and coordinate the branch office daily operation for Sales & Service tasks smoothly
  • Managing branch office facility maintenance / cleanliness
  • To coordinate the daily job assignment to Service Technician with Service Manager
    guidance
  • Arrangement of technician daily job assignment and other required matters with
    guidance by Service Manager
  • Place order for spare parts and all service items to HQ
  • Coordination of transport arrangement
  • To coordinate the administrative tasks for customer service department
  • To follow up invoicing (service / sales / rental) with customer & HQ
  • To follow up payment receivable with customers
  • Put up request of office sundries and to received parcel or office sundries deliveries
  • Ensure to perform goods receive for Spare Parts delivered and arrange according to
    designated location in warehouse
  • Answering phone call promptly

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar job function 
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detailed and sales support & customer service oriented person
  • Must possess own transport
