Job Description
- To ensure and coordinate the branch office daily operation for Sales & Service tasks smoothly
- Managing branch office facility maintenance / cleanliness
- To coordinate the daily job assignment to Service Technician with Service Manager
guidance - Arrangement of technician daily job assignment and other required matters with
guidance by Service Manager - Place order for spare parts and all service items to HQ
- Coordination of transport arrangement
- To coordinate the administrative tasks for customer service department
- To follow up invoicing (service / sales / rental) with customer & HQ
- To follow up payment receivable with customers
- Put up request of office sundries and to received parcel or office sundries deliveries
- Ensure to perform goods receive for Spare Parts delivered and arrange according to
designated location in warehouse - Answering phone call promptly
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar job function
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detailed and sales support & customer service oriented person
- Must possess own transport
