Job Description

  • Collect timely feedback from stakeholder groups and ensure terms of requirements and specifications are being met through the solutions being built.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions for process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Defines project and product scope using advanced knowledge of multi-unit business processes, and working with a variety of sources, which include business unit leaders, Technical Team.
  • Works with subject matter expert and process owners to examine as-is business processes and systems to gain information to create desired new processes and/or systems.
  • Develops comprehensive strategic business process improvement recommendations. Consult with Technical Team Lead to identify technical solutions for complex business process issues.
  • Understands IT systems interconnectivity to unit processes and between business units.
  • define, document and review business requirements and functional specifications from business users and subject matter experts for adoption
  • Communicates within team and to client to directly meet communication objectives.
  • Provides guidance and instructions to all BA staff members from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with at least 6 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical approach to system design and development.
  • Ability to plan, prepare and facilitate UAT test cycles, managing defects and issues together with Applications Development team to resolution.
  • Able to pick up the knowledge become the subject matter expert for various industries within the short period of time.
  • Must have well versed knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, Incremental and Waterfall).
  • Proactive, open minded and possess leading and driving attitude to lead discussion, resolutions, and execution of tasks.
  • Able to lead 2-3 direct report and facilitate teamwork to accomplish the tasks assigned.
  • Possess excellent problem solving, strong analytical skills, and attention to details.
  • Team handling, Project estimation, project scheduling, resourcing, coordination with business heads.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical matters in user language and present clearly to gain buy-in and support.
