Responsibilities :
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in freight forwarding, import/export, and customs management services.
 - Research and target potential clients in relevant industries.
 - Generate leads, present services to potential clients, and close sales deals.
 - Prepare and provide quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
 - Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support.
 - Promote company services, including freight forwarding, logistics, and customs solutions, to potential and existing customers.
 - Work with internal teams to customize solutions based on customer needs.
 - Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
 - Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
 - Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
 - At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
 - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Willing to travel to outstation when required.
