Responsibilities :

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in freight forwarding, import/export, and customs management services.
  • Research and target potential clients in relevant industries.
  • Generate leads, present services to potential clients, and close sales deals.
  • Prepare and provide quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support.
  • Promote company services, including freight forwarding, logistics, and customs solutions, to potential and existing customers.
  • Work with internal teams to customize solutions based on customer needs.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel to outstation when required.
