Contribute to Annual Sales Plans: Assist in developing divisional sales plans and yearly targets by providing insights, suggestions, and market feedback.
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales for assigned products by building strong relationships with local and international customers, addressing technical issues, and handling presales inquiries when needed.
Market Development: Support the Divisional Head in identifying and penetrating new markets to enhance overall divisional sales performance.
Payment Collection Management: Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection by coordinating with customers on payment matters.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ products and market trends, and share relevant feedback with the Division Head to refine sales strategies.
Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly by coordinating with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
ISO Compliance: Manage customer-related ISO activities to maintain certification status, including documentation and liaison with relevant parties.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks or responsibilities as directed by the superior.

Degree in chemical engineering / science in chemistry or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial chemical sales or
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial chemical sales for Senior role
Candidates should have own transportation and willing to travel domestically and regionally as necessary.
Familiar with the industry chemical supplies trends.
