Responsibilities :
- Contribute to Annual Sales Plans: Assist in developing divisional sales plans and yearly targets by providing insights, suggestions, and market feedback.
 - Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales for assigned products by building strong relationships with local and international customers, addressing technical issues, and handling presales inquiries when needed.
 - Market Development: Support the Divisional Head in identifying and penetrating new markets to enhance overall divisional sales performance.
 - Payment Collection Management: Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection by coordinating with customers on payment matters.
 - Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ products and market trends, and share relevant feedback with the Division Head to refine sales strategies.
 - Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly by coordinating with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
 - ISO Compliance: Manage customer-related ISO activities to maintain certification status, including documentation and liaison with relevant parties.
 - Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks or responsibilities as directed by the superior.
 
Requirements:
- Degree in chemical engineering / science in chemistry or equivalent.
 - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial chemical sales or
 - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial chemical sales for Senior role
 - Candidates should have own transportation and willing to travel domestically and regionally as necessary.
 - Familiar with the industry chemical supplies trends.
