Job Description
- Client Interaction: 
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
 
Project Coordination:
- Oversee project flow from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
 - Review designs and materials before client delivery to maintain quality standards.
 - Ensure timely updates and communication with clients regarding project progress.
 
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
 - Maintain positive and long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
 - Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, identifying opportunities for upselling and business growth.
 - Gather and verify project details from clients to ensure accuracy.
 - Liaise between clients and the design team, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
 
 
Job Requirement
- Min. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration related field of study.
 - Min 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing or advertising agency is added advantage. Fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and BM.
 - Ability to work autonomously.
 - Self-motivated and proactive.
 - Committed to high-quality work and Customer-centric mindset.
 - Possesses own transportation to travel to client place when necessary
