Job Description

  • Client Interaction:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

    Project Coordination:

    • Oversee project flow from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Review designs and materials before client delivery to maintain quality standards.
    • Ensure timely updates and communication with clients regarding project progress.

    Customer Service:

    • Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain positive and long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
    • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, identifying opportunities for upselling and business growth.
    • Gather and verify project details from clients to ensure accuracy.
    • Liaise between clients and the design team, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and executed.

 

Job Requirement

  • Min. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration related field of study.
  • Min 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing or advertising agency is added advantage. Fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and BM.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Committed to high-quality work and Customer-centric mindset.
  • Possesses own transportation to travel to client place when necessary
