Job Description
- Work for Lawyer and Partners
- Handle residential process, online land registry, request searches online, and other land related matters
- Prepare completion statements for freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases
- Opening files and sending information to client
- Email correspondence
- Post exchanges at the land registry
- Request mortgage funds
- Prepare completion statements
- Liaison with land registors, banks, developers, and other related parties
Job Requirement
- Min SPM qualification
- Min 1 year experience in related field
- Prefer who has admin / litigating experiences
- Good organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the residential process and land registry matters
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work with other departments
- Computer Literate
- Conversant in English
