Job Description
- To coordinate between customer and customer service department for job login by customer
effectively. - To ensure fast response to query and request from customer and technician.
- Prepare Job Card creation / Login and follow up Job Card with Field Service Technician on job status
- If quotation needed will submit to CSS for quotation preparation
- Verify Work Order (if less than 3 days, refer to CM)
- PDI readiness schedule
- PM schedule
- Coordinating jobs and communication with customer and technician
- As a point of contact, arrangement of battery / attachment for exiting fleet
- Updating the PIC contact detail in NAV & CRM
- Transport arrangement for delivery and collection
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar job function
- Fresh graduates can be considered
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detailed and customer service oriented person
- Must possess own transport
