Job Description

  • To coordinate between customer and customer service department for job login by customer
    effectively.
  • To ensure fast response to query and request from customer and technician.
  • Prepare Job Card creation / Login and follow up Job Card with Field Service Technician on job status
  • If quotation needed will submit to CSS for quotation preparation
  • Verify Work Order (if less than 3 days, refer to CM)
  • PDI readiness schedule
  • PM schedule
  • Coordinating jobs and communication with customer and technician
  • As a point of contact, arrangement of battery / attachment for exiting fleet
  • Updating the PIC contact detail in NAV & CRM
  • Transport arrangement for delivery and collection

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar job function 
  • Fresh graduates can be considered
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detailed and customer service oriented person
  • Must possess own transport
