Job Summary :

Customer Support plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. It involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing assistance, and offering guidance throughout the customer journey.

Job Description

  • Managing inbound/outbound call and non-voicing support such as Email and Whatsapp.
  • Managing feedback, complaints, and liaise with backend support to resolve merchants’ issues.
  • Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Troubleshoot and creating a report for volume of customer queries.

Job Requirement

  • Prior working experience in Fintech, Payments, or Bank industry.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support or Customer Service.
  • Open to fresh graduates (training provided).
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
  • Basic excel skills management for reporting purposes.
  • Five (5) days working in a week (including Saturday or Sunday) on rotational.
  • Able to work on working hour 10am – 7pm
