Job Description
- Responsible for electrical system debugging of industrial equipment/robots, including PLC programming (Siemens S7, Mitsubishi FX) and parameter tuning for inverters/servo motors.
- Connect electrical components (sensors, actuators, control cabinets), verify wiring correctness, and troubleshoot circuit faults.
- Collaborate with software/electronic engineers for system integration and control logic verification.
- Test equipment performance, record debugging data (motor speed, sensor accuracy), and prepare test reports.
- Train operators on electrical systems and provide technical support.
Job Requirement
- Proficient in at least one PLC programming platform (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron); familiar with ladder and function block logic.
- Familiar with industrial components (inverters, servo drives, sensors) and their tuning methods.
- Able to read wiring diagrams and use tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, PLC software) for troubleshooting.
- Strong on-site problem-solving skills and ability to identify wiring or logic issues quickly.
- Experience in industrial equipment/robot electrical debugging; adaptable to on-site working conditions.
