Job Description
- Responsible for electronic hardware design (PCB design, component selection such as chips, sensors, motor drivers) and electrical system design (distribution circuits, wiring layout) for industrial equipment and robots.
- Create electrical schematics (Altium Designer/EPLAN), PCB layouts, BOM lists, and wiring diagrams.
- Follow up on PCB prototyping, component procurement, soldering, testing, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Design control cabinet layouts and collaborate with software and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC, GB), and prepare design documentation and maintenance manuals.
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Altium Designer/EPLAN (preferred) for schematic and PCB design.
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics, circuit analysis, sensors, inverters, and servo motor principles.
- Capable of debugging electrical systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Familiar with industrial electrical safety standards and EMC design practices.
- Able to understand software logic and support software engineers in system integration.
