Our client, an established IT & Technology China-based company is expanding their cloud business in Malaysia and looking for a Business Development / Account Manager to cover Malaysia market.
Job Description
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, co-work with SME telesales team to develop and recruit overseas customers onto Cloud, and achieve sales target.
- Developing and expanding the relationships with SME key account by continuously proposing solutions and products to support customer success of digital transformation.
- Fix any issues and problems raised by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Recruit SME partner to develop business in target market
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account and partner metrics.
Job Requirement
- Min. 2 years outdoor sales experience in selling cloud solutions is preferred.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
- Fluent English and Mandarin are must as the role is required to deal with China, co-workers and local partners. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work as a team under high pressure circumstance.
- Motivated self-starter and action-oriented; Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies and space, strong pioneering and innovative spirit
