Job Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing partners/end-users to increase product sales.
- Build positive working relationships with partners to ensure smooth partner services.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to build the business.
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
- Educate partners on product portfolio and services offered.
- Work with partners to secure a meeting with end-users for product presentations.
- Provide proposals, quotations, pricing, and tender documents to partners.
- Analyze sales contracts with respect to legal and financial perspectives.
- Develop a profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity.
- Convey the sales programs and promotions to partners.
- Ensure that partners are up-to-date with product information.
- Introduce new products and their features to partners.
- Conduct business reviews with partners and recommend improvements.
- Generate and close new business through client acquisition. Assume responsibility for driving opportunities forward throughout the value-based solution sales cycle to the point of closure.
- Ability to engage C-level executives as well as technically inclined audiences.
- Understand partners’ business direction.
- Understand end-users business needs and take a consultative approach in handling aspects of the sales cycle including proposal development.
- Work closely with the engineering team to achieve solution selling.
- Be able to qualify, and assist end-users in identifying use cases suitable for cybersecurity implementation, articulate key differentiators, and generally display a passion for cybersecurity.
- Must be self-driven to continually upskill oneself via online learning and acquire accreditations within the timeline set as part of the Onboarding process and ongoing learning.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 4 years of selling in the IT business.
- A proven track record of quota achievement in the enterprise segment and demonstrated career stability.
- Excellent personality & ability to orchestrate the agile maneuver in the environment.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality
- A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle.
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Exposure to cybersecurity is a plus.
- Channels experience from partners is a plus.
