To oversee and ensure utilization, repair, maintenance and upgrading of
construction plant & equipment within the organization.
To coordinate workshop activities.
To also be responsible for the recommendation, planning and purchase of
plant / equipment and machineries.
To ensure that all construction plant and equipment are properly
maintained, repaired and upgraded to meet the needs of the projects.
To recommend and be responsible for the disposal of construction
equipment.
To ensure efficient and effective plant and machinery movement, repairs
and servicing of equipment.
To produce / purchase spare parts and stocks.
To fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools.
To measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects
and ensure conformance to specifications

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Construction Equipment
Management.
Good supervisory, organizing and planning skills as well as able to lead and
motivate a team of technical support personnel.
A proactive and mature person with initiative, integrity as well as possess
strong leadership qualities and a drive to excel.
Effective decision making skills.
