Job Description

  • Responsible for administrative tasks
  • Handle documentation, logistic statements, schedules, bookings, customers enquiries through phones and emails, and related tasks

Job Requirement

  • Min Degree in Business Studies / Administration / equivalent.
  • Min 2-3 year(s) of working experience for Senior level position
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Must be able to speak English and Malay. Mandarin speaker will be assigned for handling China or Singapore portfolio.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
  • Possess good communication skills, logical and mathematical thinking, team player, discipline, able to work under pressure and attention to details.
  • Good typing skills will be an added advantage
  • Can work shifts & posses own transport
  • Full-Time position(s) available in Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, KL, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam
