Job Description
- Responsible for administrative tasks
- Handle documentation, logistic statements, schedules, bookings, customers enquiries through phones and emails, and related tasks
Job Requirement
- Min Degree in Business Studies / Administration / equivalent.
- Min 2-3 year(s) of working experience for Senior level position
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Must be able to speak English and Malay. Mandarin speaker will be assigned for handling China or Singapore portfolio.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication skills, logical and mathematical thinking, team player, discipline, able to work under pressure and attention to details.
- Good typing skills will be an added advantage
- Can work shifts & posses own transport
- Full-Time position(s) available in Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, KL, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam
