Job Description

  • To assist to organize, monitor and administer the company HR activities and administrative tasks.
  • To ensure all daily HR and admin operation are executed on a timely basis and comply with company policies.
  • To manage employee biodata, welfare, and benefits.
  • Administer staff claim, overtime, commission, leave records, staff welfare and accommodation and other HR general functions.
  • Maintain accurate personnel data and generate monthly HR reports.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.

 

Job Requirement

  • Min. Diploma, preferably in HR or business or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in similar role will be added advantage.
  • Fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
  • Good command in BM, and English.
  • competent in MS office
  • Positive working attitude
