Job Description
- Manage customer accounts
- Aim to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
- Deal directly with customers either through telephone, e-mail or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide quotation and delivery information
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Obtain feedback from customers on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Render administrative support to other customer support team members when the need arises, or as instructed
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Marketing or any other related discipline; or High school diploma with vast experience in customer support role
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications – Microsoft Excel, Power Point, etc
- Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Problem solving skills: need to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
- Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people
- He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence
- Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
