Job Description

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely in-house users feedback and support the roll-out of new applications
  • Deal with in-house users directly, create documentation
  • Deal with external vendor

 

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Google Workspace is advantageous
  • Prior experience in technical support, basic network support, desktop support or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows/G-Suite Admin
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Application and Helpdesk Software
  • Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
