Job Description
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely in-house users feedback and support the roll-out of new applications
 - Deal with in-house users directly, create documentation
 - Deal with external vendor
 
Job Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
 - Certification in Microsoft, Google Workspace is advantageous
 - Prior experience in technical support, basic network support, desktop support or similar role
 - Proficiency in Windows/G-Suite Admin
 - Experience with Remote Desktop Application and Helpdesk Software
 - Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
 - Excellent interpersonal skills
 - Good written and verbal communication
