Gathers and analyses functional requirements from client/user and translates requirements into technical requirements with detailed documentation written in place.
Designs and defines technical specifications based on the requirements, and implementing new or existing features complying with existing standard formats/practices across backend systems/modules.
Develops, codes, implements and enhances business logic in one or more programming languages, mainly but not limited to Java, for a specific assigned software system or modules.
Continually modifies and refactors project source codes without breaking the existing business logic, while elevating the overall program performance benchmarks with better throughput and faster execution time.
Prepares test data/SQL, designs/writes test logic for new or existing business features, and documents test result/outcome for future tracking/reference.
Attends to user’s enquiries promptly, and able to answer user’s questions regarding the discrepancies between the expected system behaviour with the actual ones, and provides solutions to resolve user’s concerns.

More than 2 years of work experience, solid JAVA foundation, good coding and document writing habits.
Have good system architecture and design capabilities, and be able to write high-quality concise and clear code.
Familiar with mainstream technologies such as Spring, SpringMVC, Springboot, SpringCloud, Mybatis, redis, etc.
Familiar with message middleware and caching technology: Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis, familiar with mainstream application middleware such as Tomcat and Nginx.
Familiar with Docker, Maven, Git, Jenkins and other continuous integration tools.
Master multi-threading, high concurrency, clustering, distributed and other technologies.
Have strong logical thinking ability and collaboration ability, and have certain project promotion ability.
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and learning ability, teamwork spirit, able to undertake work independently.
Have good coding practices, good at refactoring code and have the habit of CodeReview.
Like to research and try new technologies, and pursue to write elegant code.
Mandarin speaking preferred.
