Job Description
- Assist In set up appointment with new and existing clients for projects through cold-calling
- Assist in superior for marketing presentations, preparing proposals and quotations
- Support the marketing team with write and edit content for email blasting
- Assist with the production of marketing materials
- Coordinate marketing events such as Exhibition and marketing tasks assigned from time to time
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters and videos, manage social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and XHS
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior in related to any marketing matter
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent message
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply with some sales experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator is a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu/XHS)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses own transportation and willing to travel
