Job Description
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients;
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers;
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors;
- Manage the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilising available resources to
drive account retention and growth; - Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as
SOW; - Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to
ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and
objectives; - Analyse latest market trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors activities
and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies; - Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and
maximize sales.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development.
- Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong
initiatives and positive attitude. - Advanced skill set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOW’s and
documentations.
