Job Description

  • Performs routine clerical duties, such as processing requests for court documents, prepare forms and reports, e-filling as mandated by law
  • Answers phone and mail, responds to questions regarding court documents from persons in the legal system
  • Handle bank / shares / unit trust / related legal case
  • Draft court correspondence, make legal researches, assist lawyer in preparing questions, prepare witness’s statements & court hearing
  • Handle statement of claim, letter of demand, writ summons, and related paperworks
  • Calculates charges for filing fees and accepts and receipts fees into accounting system

Job Requirement

  • Min SPM qualification
  • Prefer who are from bank industry / handle bank matter
  • Good organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer Literate
  • Conversant in English
