Job Description
- Coordinate with suppliers for material status imports to meet committed delivery dates.
- To handle sea freight and air freight from overseas into Malaysia and On time deliveries service levels for local end to end deliveries.
- Support and collaborate with other departments to ensure the material received on time or before dateline.
- Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
- 3 years and above experience in SME or global company with experience in export/import and shipment arrangement.
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and any ERP systems.
- Strong Communication, Influential, Collaborative, Problem-solving & Interpersonal skills for effective management of customers, and inter functional teams.
- Multi-tasking skills with time management.
