Job Description
- To handle and promote lab test products in pharmaceutical industry with main target market to clinic and pharmacy
- Conduct market research to generate new leads and potential clients
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base (cover whole Malaysia)
- Responsible for Key account management and business development
- Review business performance and to identify risk and opportunity of the brand
- Maintain customer relationship, provide total solution and extend business network
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure execution of sales plans and client satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and reports on progress and results
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel when required
