- Management office tasks including printing, scanning, and data entry.
- Documentation and filling task
- Handle condo resident enquire and complaints
- Handle condo utility bill payment, maintenance fee collection, invoicing, and letter correspondences.
- Any ad-hoc task from JMB.
- Experience in administrative role or condo management exposure will add advantage
- Experience in using UBS or any accounting system will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A Condominiums near OUG
- 5.5 working day, Mon – Fri, 9:30 am – 6 pm, Sat, 9:30 am – 1 pm
