Job Description

  • Management office tasks including printing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Documentation and filling task
  • Handle condo resident enquire and complaints
  • Handle condo utility bill payment, maintenance fee collection, invoicing, and letter correspondences.
  • Any ad-hoc task from JMB.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in administrative role or condo management exposure will add advantage
  • Experience in using UBS or any accounting system will be considered a plus
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

  • 5.5 working day, Mon – Fri, 9:30 am – 6 pm, Sat, 9:30 am – 1 pm
