Job Description

  • Proactively manage and provide confidential and time-sensitive administrative support to Director in a precise and flexible manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule effectively for Director.
  • Accompany with Director to attend any events if any.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree qualification in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with working experience in a similar or administrative role.
  • Good command of English, and Mandarin (a must), both spoken and written as required to deal with foreign expatriated.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible and travel or relocate to office nearby.
