Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets, including business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
 - Implementation of sales enablement programs for The Company and partners and carrying out marketing programs to support product group objectives.
 - Developing an understanding of markets, customers’ needs, and competition.
 - Provision of various reports for the purpose of commercial decision-making and programs.
 - Maintenance and development of operational-level vendor relationships, ensuring the highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
 - Support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group
 - Manage new and existing partners/end-users to increase product sales
 - Build positive working relationships with partners to ensure smooth partner services
 - Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to build the business
 - Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation
 - Educate partners on product portfolio and services offered
 - Work with partners to conduct product presentations to end-users
 - Provide pricing and tender documents to the sales team
 - Develop a profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity
 - Ensure that partners are up-to-date with product information
 - Introduce new products and their features to partners
 - Ability to engage C-level executives as well as technically inclined audiences
 - Understand partners’ business direction
 - Understanding end-users business needs and taking a consultative approach in handling aspects of the sales cycle including proposal development is a plus
 - Work closely with the engineering team to ensure they are well-versed with the product group and get certified
 - Be able to qualify, and assist partners in identifying use cases suitable for cybersecurity implementation, articulate key differentiators, and generally display a passion for cybersecurity
 - Must be self-driven to continually upskill oneself via online learning and acquire accreditations within the timeline set as part of the Onboarding process and ongoing learning.
 - In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, and partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.
 
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
 - Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
 - Able to create and conduct formal presentations
 - Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
 - Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers and above).
 - Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

 - Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
 - Able to constructively work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

 - Exposure to cybersecurity is a plus.
