Job Description
- Assist the Factory/Operation Manager by providing engineering support
- Coordinate production processes towards producing quality products
- Develop/Improve processes for utilizing resources effectively towards reducing production costs.
- Investigate production problems and perform engineering analysis towards deriving solutions.
- Provide adequate instructions, training and supervision of work practices to the production staff.
- Increase or maintain the efficiency of production line at its utmost performance.
- Prepare and review respective weekly and monthly operational and production reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments regarding any issue.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Material Science / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering fields of study.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in related field
- Have experience in Mechanical Engineering sector
- Proficiency in MS Office and skilled in CAD software.
