As a Production Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will span production oversight, safety compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities :
Daily Operations Oversight:
- Monitor and supervise daily production activities to maintain efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Keep a close eye on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Preventive Maintenance Management:
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend its lifespan.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Safety and Compliance:
- Uphold safety regulations and company policies to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
Production Scheduling and Resource Optimization:
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demands.
- Optimize resource utilization, balancing workforce, materials, and equipment.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Foster effective communication across departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
Team Development:
- Train and mentor production staff, enhancing their skills and maintaining high performance levels.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitoring:
- Regularly track and report on KPIs related to production, maintenance, and safety.
- Use data-driven insights to drive improvements.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Production Executive or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment for at least 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge of production management, including plant maintenance and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and effective decision-making.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate your team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Able to command in Mandarin due to require to deal with China supplier on technical issues and support.
