We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in channel and distributor management and extensive exposure to the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with regional HQ stakeholders to drive profitability and expand market coverage across ASEAN countries.
Responsibilities :
- Distributor and Dealer Recruitment:
Identify and onboard distributors and dealers across the ASEAN region.
Evaluate their capabilities and alignment with our product portfolio. - Technical Training and Guidance:
Provide comprehensive technical training to distributors and dealers.
Ensure they understand product features, specifications, and applications.
Guide them on effective sales techniques and customer engagement. - Technical Implementation Support:
Collaborate closely with distributors and dealers during product implementation.
Assist in resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful deployment.
Foster strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction. - Sales Budget Support:
Actively contribute to achieving company sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation. - New Distributor Training:
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for newly recruited distributors.
Equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. - Technical Design and Evaluation:
Participate in technical discussions related to product design and enhancements.
Evaluate feasibility, scalability, and performance aspects.
Contribute insights to improve product offerings. - Technical Reports Management:
Collect and organize technical reports from dealers and local service engineers.
Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and share findings with relevant teams.
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of reports. - Research and Development Feedback:
Collaborate with the R&D team to provide technical feedback.
Share insights from the field to enhance existing products or develop new ones.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechatronics/Engineering/Automation
- 3~5 years working experience in continuous inkjet printer or printing services sales
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as required to deal oversea stakeholder and customers
- Motivated and independent, willing to take on challenges to improve individual and team skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external customers/partners
- Be optimistic and be able to travel frequently within ASEAN region
