Job Description

Actively promote company products through strategic marketing initiatives, including presentations, seminars, and training sessions for internal sales teams, distributors, dealers, consultants, and direct customers.

Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to support effective product positioning and promotion.

Gather and analyze market intelligence, including technical and commercial benchmarking of competitors’ products.

Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations for the development of new products tailored to meet diverse market needs.

Collaborate with the sales department to support proposal submissions, client presentations, and provision of comprehensive product information.

Develop and maintain high-quality product literature, such as sales sheets, catalogues, brochures, and presentation materials.

Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Regional or Operations Manager.
Job Requirement
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.

Solid technical knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems.

Proactive, with strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

Confident in conducting seminars and technical presentations independently.

Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor and guide junior sales engineers.
-
Experience in product development and product management will be an added advantage.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
