Job Description

Develop and acquire new customers for new business.

Expand sales revenue growth with existing customers across different regions globally.

Develop executive-level relationships and sales engagement with customers globally.

Conduct presentations and training to different levels in a customer organization globally to
achieve EMPS (educating, marketing, productizing, and selling) of the company portfolio. -
Manage and track global sales engagement efforts, initiatives, and results.
-
Actively search for opportunities to participate in bid management and provide quoting
responses to customers’ requests for proposals (RFPs). -
Provide sales pipeline reporting and sales engagement analysis to follow up and devise
winning strategies to achieve sales targets. -
To harmonize and work closely with internal teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and at least 3-5 years in Sales Management in Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telco environment
- Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s telecommunications market.
- Ability to articulate the values and complexities of divergent networks and present the converged
value prepositions as a VNO to Customers and prospects. - Demonstrate ability to exceed revenue targets and to generate new businesses with Customers and
prospects. - Extensive executive and operational level relationships with ISPs/Telcos in a designated territory.
- Good knowledge of public and private networks.
- Possess creativity and is innovative in finding solutions towards the achievement of set objectives.
- Dynamic and has a positive attitude.
- Leadership skills and possess the ability of a good team player
