Job Description
- Order processing and verifying all product codes, price lists and available inventory
- Assist in solving shipment ETA issues and ensure the shipment is delivered to the client.
- To prepare inventory reports, sales reports and aging reports
- To update the social media, website, customers data, promotional materials, memo, messages from time to time
- Support the Sales & Marketing team for all related documents and needs
- To handle new product registration
- Sending DO, invoices, promotional info or related documents requested by client.
- Constantly gives excellent and quality services to internal & external clients, resulting in delighted company’s clients.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Computer literate
- Excellent organization, administrative, and problems-solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
