Job Description
-
Order processing and verifying all product codes, price lists and available inventory

Assist in solving shipment ETA issues and ensure the shipment is delivered to the client.

To prepare inventory reports, sales reports and aging reports
-
To update the social media, website, customers data, promotional materials, memo, messages from time to time
-
Support the Sales & Marketing team for all related documents and needs
-
To handle new product registration
-
Sending DO, invoices, promotional info or related documents requested by client.

Constantly gives excellent and quality services to internal & external clients, resulting in delighted company’s clients.
Job Requirement
-
Minimum 3 years of experience
-
Minimum diploma in any discipline
-
Computer literate
-
Excellent organization, administrative, and problems-solving skills
-
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
