Job Description
- Lead and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture to set clear team goals and contribute to the growth of the sales support.
 - Monitor team performance, report on metrics, and propose improvements.
 - To provide oversight to the department work processes whilst coaching, training, and mentoring where applicable.
 - Prepare consolidated reports on the overall merchant application progress or quotas to Business Head.
 - To actively communicate and work with cross-functional teams on smooth completion of sales support requirements.
 - Responsible to guide and coach retail salesperson on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP, products knowledge, selling skills and any other tasks assigned.
 - Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up.
 - Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information per email.
 - Develop a deep understanding of the Pine Labs platform to help potential customers understand our products and services.
 - Keep up with the latest product updates and features.
 - Participating actively in company sales activities and marketing events.
 - To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
 
Job Requirement
- Completed Diploma or Degree.
 - Ability to converse in local languages Bahasa Malaysia & English.
 - Ability to converse in Chinese language would be essential.
 - Relevant industry is encouraged to apply.
 - Able to pick up concepts and technical information, fast.
 - Able to read and engage with people well.
 - Responsive to feedback and apply it immediately.
 - Be comfortable engaging customers over chat and phone.
 - Extremely perseverant and not take rejections personally
