Job Description

  • To assist in managing daily  clerical or secretarial needs.
            – Answer phone calls, take down messages
            – diarise and remind deadlines
            – Type letters, emails, open files –  Do filing, typing & photocopying of documents.
  • Provide quality administrative service to the office for smooth daily operations (file management, suppliers, keeping records, checking data)
  • Be responsible to monitor & advice director of schedules & deadlines and assisting in compliance.

 

Job Requirement

  • Matured and Resourceful
  • Qualification; Diploma holder in secretarial studies or good SPM grades with 3 years of admin office experience can be considered.
  • Hard working with good work attitudes.
  • Able to perform duty under pressure & a team player.
  • Proficient in English
  • Possess enthusiasm
