Job Description
- To assist in managing daily clerical or secretarial needs.
– Answer phone calls, take down messages
– diarise and remind deadlines
– Type letters, emails, open files – Do filing, typing & photocopying of documents.
- Provide quality administrative service to the office for smooth daily operations (file management, suppliers, keeping records, checking data)
- Be responsible to monitor & advice director of schedules & deadlines and assisting in compliance.

Matured and Resourceful

Qualification; Diploma holder in secretarial studies or good SPM grades with 3 years of admin office experience can be considered.

Hard working with good work attitudes.

Able to perform duty under pressure & a team player.

Proficient in English
