Job Description
- Create mood board, 3D design and 2D detailing based on client’s requirements.
- Regularly communicate with the Sales & Marketing department to understand the client’s needs.
- Conduct site visits to confirm 3D and 2D designs specifications including site measurement.
- Present design ideas to clients and collect their feedback to improve designs based on client’s needs.
- Provide prompt feedback to client’s queries to ensure client’s user experience is excellent.
- Source for materials needed and place order.
- Conduct internal briefing (off-site) to the Projects department to handover projects for construction stage.
- Coordinate with the Projects department to conduct on-site briefing to contractors before work begins.
- Perform regular on-progress site visits to monitor if any problems and report to the Projects department to solve.
- Perform final site inspection when the project is completed.
- Compile and update projects progress from time to time.
- Provide guidance to Interior Designer when needed.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design industry
- Commercial building and F&B outlets design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DsMax / SketchUp, V-Ray / Corona
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point (good to have)
- Able to work independently
- Experience in managing projects from concept to completion
- Excellent sense in interior design and has good understanding in the current trends
