Job Description
- Installation, commissioning and service of Fishing system products and systems onboard larger commercial fishing vessels in Asia
- Technical support via phone and on site
- Supervision and operator assistance
- Training, in house and onboard
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in related field
- Relevant education could be, electronics, engineering, technical college, service electronics technician, ship’s electrician
- Product Knowledge an advantage
- PC knowledge (Windows)
- The working language is English but need to support China/Taiwan/Hong Kong
- Desire and opportunity to travel extensively mostly in Asia and often on short notice
- Service minded and solution oriented
- Ability to work independent and with minimum supervision
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a hectic environment
- Proactive with learning new skills and take responsibility
- Ability to work while the vessel is at sea in rough weather conditions
