Responsibilities :
- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via calls and emails.
- Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for the outdoor sales team to meet them in person.
- Maintain, update, and improve the database of prospects and leads to ensure accurate records.
- Conduct research to build a new client list in alignment with the company’s goals and target market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changes in products or services.
- Proactively promote additional products and services to existing and potential clients when appropriate.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of telemarketing, freight forwarding or indoor sales related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
