Responsibilities :

  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via calls and emails.
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for the outdoor sales team to meet them in person.
  • Maintain, update, and improve the database of prospects and leads to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct research to build a new client list in alignment with the company’s goals and target market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changes in products or services.
  • Proactively promote additional products and services to existing and potential clients when appropriate.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of telemarketing, freight forwarding or indoor sales related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
