Job Description
- Manages inbound and outbound call, and non-voicing support.
- Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve merchants’ issues
- Troubleshoot and reporting.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Call Centre field
- Working six (6) days a week, weekend on rotational and carry forward under replacement leave
- Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills
- Basic excel skills in management of MIS reporting
- No midnight shift
