Job Description

  • Manages inbound and outbound call, and non-voicing support.
  • Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve merchants’ issues
  • Troubleshoot and reporting.

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Call Centre field
  • Working six (6) days a week, weekend on rotational and carry forward under replacement leave
  • Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills
  • Basic excel skills in management of MIS reporting
  • No midnight shift
