Introducing an easy exercise which you may practicing in workplace – Tennis Ball Foot Massage
Rolling the foot with a tennis ball provides a self-controlled massage and stretch for the bottom of the foot and plantar fascia. This exercise is also beneficial to brain and nervous system as there are thousands of nerves in the feet.
Let’s start the exercise

Step 1: Take a seat on chair.
Step 2: Place the tennis ball under foot, center the ball.
Step 3: Rolling the ball by push the ball into the floor and rolling back. Forth from toes to hell.
Rolling for 30 seconds for each foot. Please stop this exercise if you feel pain and seek advice from doctor/ massage practitioner.
