“Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet (about 6 meters) away for 20 seconds.“
Looking out a window is a good choice. Also, focusing on green color objects, such as trees or small green plants in the office would help as well because green color has great healing power. It is the most restful color for the human eye and able to improve vision.
