Quit Job ?

We always come across with the reason that candidate is looking for job, “ I am looking for a better career”. Have you ever think that how can I grow further in my career? When is the best time to quit the current job?

Shall I quit if the company that can pay me better ? Shall I quit if the company is MNC, which can pay me better benefits? Throughout our experiences, there are numbers of employees actually not really passion in their role, they are just in their role because of the higher income salary, the higher position title to show off to others.

You may think of the questions below when you have the intention to change your job :

1.Do your current job provide you with the challenges?

2.Is there any room for improvement in your current role, ie skill set, social skill, etc?

3.Do you feel job satisfaction in your current job?

As a Recruiter, we do understand that salary payout is the major part of candidate’s consideration. However, please do take in the concern of career challenges, room of improvement, career progression before you decide to accept the new offer that comes to you. According to Katie Bardaro, Lead Analyst at online salary database PayScale.com “ For most of the skilled labour force, increased competency within one’s role is the main road to higher pay levels”. We do believe that salary will increase when your job skill increase.

Happy job hunting.
